Yodobashi Camera in Shinjuku is a great spot for cyberpunk style photography, and despite returning time and time again to capture it, I actually haven’t been inside. I find Japanese department stores to have too much white light inside, and generally quite overwhelming!
Yodobashi came to life as a camera store in Tokyo from 1960. It has now developed into a nationwide electronics store, selling everything from computers to lightbulbs (and of course, cameras). There are about 24 stores across Japan, with half of them in the Tokyo Metropolis.
